Cafe Arab Bontang

Two weeks ago I visited YABIS hospital because I felt something wrong on my back.
Im really hate hospital but Im always visit *sigh

After waited the doctor for 2 hours finally she gave a check on my back.
She asked me to take a blood check to know the fat and cholesterol.

The result was good. My fat and cholesterol was normal.
She said that the pain on my back is related to the nerves.

Hemmmm I have to watch out my sitting position and take some Vitamin B.
I hope it's not a serious illness.

Well...
I was in the hospital for 4 hours. It was so tired and make me feel hungry.

I decided to have a lunch in the "Cafe Arab". I love Roti Maryam so much :*

It was my first time eating out alone. Not bad :D

This cafe is well recomended

(I had watermelon juice and meatball ribs for lunch) and Roti Maryam for take home :P
